EXHIBITION RATES

• 640 KD per/ US$ 2100 stand of 16 sq.m
• 960 KD per/US$ 3150 stand of 24 sq.m (6x4m)
• Stand services for each 16 sq.m includes:

partitions (open ceiling) - carpeting - one table - two chairs - four spotlights, one electric outlet - air conditioning system - company’s name in Arabic & English, security services.

PROMOTIONAL SERVICES

- Advertisements in local newspapers, magazines and other media
- Publishing and distributing a directory of the exhibition that includes all participants
- Creating a website for the exhibition
- Installing a signage of the exhibition at Kuwait’s Fairgrounds’ entrance
- Promotions sent by SMS
- Radio FM announcements

 

ENTRY VISAS

- Cost: 15 KD/US$ 50
All exhibitors located outside of Kuwait are required to have an entry visa with the exception of GCC citizens. The exhibition’s organizer will provide you with an entry visa upon request with a minimum charge of 15 KD/US$ 50.

SHIPPING
All exhibitors will be provided with special services via their agent to handle the clearance and exportation of goods and products.

HOTELS
The exhibition’s organizers will provide you with a list of hotels that offer you the best rates around town. For reservations, please contact the exhibition’s organizers.

OTHER SERVICES
• Sponsorship and promoting the exhibition at an appropriate charge
• Telephone lines at the exhibitor’s chosen pavilion area will be provided for upon request

Reservation Procedures
- Select the pavilion area of choice (see hall map).
- Signing the contract & paying 20% of the total amount to reserve an area.
- 80% payment of the reserved area 30 days prior to the first day of the exhibition
